Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

 

When it ships

Orders ship within 1-3 business days.

 

How long delivery takes

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouses overseas. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5-11 days. Some orders take longer, especially around holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is very late, see our refund policy.

 

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

 

No surprise fees

You won't be charged import duties or extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee, email us before paying and we'll sort it out.

 

More than one item

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

 

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering.
